Economics

The PBO’s industrial development functions were inherited from the former Ministry of Economy and Industry (經濟產業部). The MOEI was located in its Building on Gongyuan Road in Kingyong and was previously divided into the Department of Agriculture and Animal Industry (農業及畜牧司), the Department of Forestry (林業司, whose offices were housed in a separate building on Gongyuan Road), the Department of Fisheries (漁業司), and the Department of Business (商業司, DOB).
