Villager Advisory Council

The Villager Advisory Council (VAC) is the highest legislative body of the Republic of Wheat.

Assembly Buildings

1st Assembly Hall: Sancun, Tangling

3rd - Sun Yat-Sen Hall: Vunfa Road, Kingyong, Tangling

Urban and Rural Development Services

The Village Development Hub (VDH, 村莊發展中心) of the Villager Advisory Council was reorganized from the former Agency of Town Development (城鄉發展署) of the Ministry of Traffic and Construction and is located in Hailam Township, Chungyanghai Special District.

The Hub is responsible for the following functions: population statistics, construction support, resource allocation, and house numbering for each village; the planning and construction of new villages; and village data management.
