The National Culture Hub (國家文化中心) is the premier state authority dedicated to preserving, managing, and showcasing the cultural identity and historical legacy of the Republic of Wheat. 

As the overarching institution governing the National Central Library, local Reading Spaces, the Flag Exhibition Halls, and the Map Galleries, the NCH serves as the central repository of national knowledge and heritage. By integrating archival preservation with public education, the Hub ensures that the nation's history, iconography, and cartographic records are meticulously maintained for past, present, and future generations.

The NCH Office locates in Ren Ai, Liaoning Township, Se An County.
